4.1 Online sales from this Site are available to individuals residing in the United Kingdom, with delivery restricted to UK addresses.

Delivery Times
7.1 We aim to deliver within 6 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
7.2 Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

Delivery Confirmation
7.3 A parcel is deemed delivered once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, or if a delivery attempt has been recorded.

Delivery Claims & Investigations
7.4 If you believe your parcel has not been delivered, or items are missing or damaged, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date. Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

7.5 For claims of non-delivery, you will be required to complete a Denial of Receipt Form, which can be requested from support@nadiol.com. The completed form must be signed and returned to us within 30 calendar days of the order date.

7.6 Failure to return the completed form within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being invalidated.

7.7 Where courier tracking shows movement, attempted delivery, or delivery to the address provided, we reserve the right to rely on the outcome of the courier’s investigation before issuing a refund or replacement. Courier investigations can take up to 6 weeks.

International Taxes & Duties
7.8 We make every effort to ship orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the purchase price where possible.
7.9 In some countries, this service is not available. Where local customs require the recipient to pay import duties, VAT, or clearance fees directly, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7.10 We are not liable for delays, additional costs, or refusal of delivery caused by non-payment of such charges.

Cooling-Off Period
8.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving it (“cooling-off period”), provided the products are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns Process
8.2 To arrange a return, you must notify us by email at support@nadiol.com. We will provide return instructions.
8.3 Unless the return is due to our error or a product defect, you are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds
8.4 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 working days of approval and no later than 30 days from receipt of the returned product.
8.5 If your order qualified for free shipping, but the return reduces the order value below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refused Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels
8.6 If an order is returned to us because you:

  • refused delivery,

  • failed to collect from the courier, or

  • requested cancellation after dispatch,
we will refund the product cost once received back in saleable condition. However, if your order originally received free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost incurred from your refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
8.7 If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including reasonable return postage.

Proof of Purchase
8.8 All returns must include proof of purchase. You should retain your postal receipt until your return has been confirmed as received by us.

9.1 As a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty or misdescribed products. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
9.2 If you receive a faulty product, contact us for a replacement or refund.

10.1 We are only responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by breach of these Terms.
10.2 We are not liable for business losses, indirect damages, or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., internet interruptions, courier failures).
10.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11.1 We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including strikes, courier delays, natural disasters, or customs issues).

12.1 Information you provide is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation.
13.2 No other party has rights to enforce these Terms.
13.3 If any clause is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in full effect.
13.4 Our failure to enforce any clause does not waive our rights.

14.1 If delivery is in England or Wales, these Terms are governed by English law, with disputes subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14.2 If delivery is in Scotland, Scottish law applies, with disputes subject to the Scottish courts.
14.3 If delivery is in Northern Ireland, Northern Irish law applies, with disputes subject to the Northern Irish courts.
