Delivery & Returns Policy

Global Guarantee and Return Policy:  We offer a 30-day Refund Policy for all World Wide orders from the date you received the product. Please read the terms and conditions below.

1. Only Products purchased on the www.nadiol.com website can be returned to Nadiol.com for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

2. Should you make an error when ordering online, Nadiol.com will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.

3. We will Issue a full refund for unopened products.

4. In the event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. We will issue a refund of 50% of the purchase price for returned products that have at least 50% of the product remaining.

Return Procedures: Email support@Nadiol.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and request a refund. Please allow 7 days to process credits after we have received the returned product.

NOTE: Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping product back to us.
