Shipping Policy

  • Orders are normally processed within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after working hours, at weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has left our fulfilment centre.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over £50 GBP.

  • Orders under £50 may incur a standard shipping fee.

  • Deliveries are tracked and may require a signature on receipt.

  • Estimated delivery is 2 working days from dispatch.

  • Under our Terms & Conditions, we use reasonable endeavours to deliver within 6 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

  • International shipping is available where possible.

  • We aim to send orders Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), so duties and taxes are included in the purchase price where this service is available.

  • In countries where DDP is not offered, all local import duties, VAT, and clearance fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to customs or carrier delays.

  • All shipments include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

  • A parcel is deemed delivered once the courier confirms delivery at the address provided, or if a delivery attempt has been recorded.

  • If your order has not arrived, or if items are missing or damaged, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

  • For non-delivery claims, a Denial of Receipt Form may be required and must be returned within 30 calendar days of the order date.

  • Where tracking shows movement, attempted delivery, or delivery, we may rely on the courier’s investigation before issuing a refund or replacement. Courier investigations can take up to 6 weeks.

  • Parcels returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect addresses may require additional postage for re-shipping.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel has been delivered or a delivery attempt made to the address provided.

  • Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

  • Please check your parcel upon delivery.

  • If items are missing or damaged, contact support@nadiol.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos.

  • We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

  • We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.

  • The latest version will always be published on our website.

  • Where there is any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions take priority.
