Unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and checked.

We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of approval and no later than 30 days from receiving the returned product.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping but the return reduces the order value below the free shipping threshold, the actual shipping cost incurred may be deducted from your refund.
- If your parcel is returned to us because you refused delivery, did not collect it, or did not pay the applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges, we will refund the product cost once the parcel has been received and processed by us.
- Any return shipping costs and related carrier charges will be deducted from your refund.
- If free shipping was applied to the original order, the actual outbound shipping cost may also be deducted from your refund.
